The Kizano Team supporting the FT Bragg ID Card section received 272 positive comments and zero negative comments for the week ending June 10, 2016.
The FT Bragg Human Resources Directorate receives Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) survey responses from their customers. The ID Card office consistently receives more customer survey responses than any other office, and the results are 99% positive. Achieving a score of 100% positive is very challenging to achieve, but doing so is a great testimony to the work of the Kizano Team and the relationship we have with the FT Bragg community.
Kizano has provided operational support to the FT Bragg ID Card office since September 2014.
