Earned Value, Cost and Financial Management

  • Provide cost, earned value management and business and financial management services to the Department of Defense Program Manager Biometrics, Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors. Our team recently documented, coordinated, and gained approval for a Program Office Estimate (POE)
  • Provided cost analysts in support for Air Force Medical Readiness Agency Office of Surgeon General Medical Operation Directorate. Kizano’s cost analyst provided cost life cycle management expertise in support of program requirements managers, project planning activities and cradle-to-grave deliberate planning processes at an enterprise level

Media and Event Management

Kizano’s proven technical and engineering team possesses the expertise and experience necessary to deliver optimum availability and performance for a broadcast studio. Our engineers are thoroughly familiar with studio and automatic transmission transmitter systems. Our producers choreographed, staged, and produced succinct, targeted productions as well as feature presentations. We are a preferred provider for professional visual communications support to include broadcasting, webcasting, video production, audiovisual support, social media, and photography. We used a quality drive process comprised of checklists, rehearsals, and peer reviews to certify that productions and events met or exceeded customer goals and objectives. This ensured that the Housing and Urban Development Office of Broadcast and Communication Operations Center (HUD) was provided with exceptional scheduling, audiovisual, photography, engineering services, planning, and design support.

Broadcast

Kizano provided the Housing and Urban Development Office of Broadcast and Communication Operations Center (HUD) with coordinated and professional visual communications support to include: broadcasting, webcasting, video production, audiovisual, social media, photography, broadcast engineering and maintenance, scheduling, electronic field production, master control room, information technology, network connections, planning and design support. Kizano’s high quality work supporting HUD won our team two categories of the prestigious Telly Awards: Government Relations and Social Issues. The Telly Awards honor the very best film and video productions, groundbreaking online video content, and outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs.

Life-Cycle Logistics Management

Our team of life-cycle logistic subject matter experts bring industry accepted strategies and implement best practices to reduce costs and increase effectiveness across product systems design, improvement, and sustainment. Our professional team provides accurate assessment of life-cycle costs by identifying and incorporating an entire system’s life cycle costs considering acquisition, sustainment, and disposal.

Our logisticians leverage established supplier and vendor relationships to ensure materials, supplies, and products are available to meet customer needs. Our logistic subject matter experts consider transport, handling, storage, and maintenance requirements to develop tailored strategies to minimize cost and time demands.   •  Providing life cycle logistics sustainment to the Department of Defense Program Manager Biometrics, Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (PEO IEW&S)
  • Provided life cycle management for broadcasting, webcasting, AV and photographic systems and equipment for the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This includes receipt, inventory, testing, burn-in, installation, maintenance, and replacement removal and disposal of all systems and equipment per HUD policies
  • Provided logistics and program management support to the Air Force Foreign Military Sales efforts at Robins AFB, GA and Action Officer / Task Manager support to the Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC) at Patrick AFB, FL
  • Provided requirements analysts and coordinated with Air Force Medical Evaluation Support Activity and Life Cycle Management Center to clarify requirements, identify capability gaps, and understand testing and evaluation needs for materiel products
