David Young
Chairman and CEO
Mr. Young founded the company in 2005 and led the company through nearly two decades of successive growth. In his current role, he is responsible for strategic planning and financial oversight.
David retired from the U.S. Navy and federal civilian service. His government positions included Deputy Commander of the Defense Contract Management Agency International District and as a member of the Senior Executive Service at the Department of Health and Human Services. His work as a warranted contracting officer provided the foundation for his work at Kizano Corp. He taught government contracting courses at George Mason University and served as a consultant to several businesses. David holds master’s degrees in business, military strategy, and theology.
David and his wife Terri have four children and eight grandchildren. He serves on the board of two non-profit organizations and is active in his local church.

Paige Faulk, MS, PMP
President
Ms. Faulk provides executive leadership, and management support ensuring decisions and efforts are aligned with the company mission, vision, values, and goals. Ms. Faulk is passionate about leading and encouraging others to see their potential and achieve their goals. She strives to continue to grow professionally and personally through education and volunteering her time and serving others. Ms. Faulk is an Army Brat who traveled all over Europe and the United States growing up. She is the proud mother of one daughter and aunt to seven. Ms. Faulk enjoys exercising, gardening, boating, and trying new outdoor activities.
Paige is a veteran of the U.S. Army. She spent over 10 years serving in various leadership roles both on active duty and in the reserves as a Signal Officer. Since leaving the Army she has been a certified Domestic Violence Counselor and Program Manager for a non-profit domestic violence support center, Special Needs and Resource Teacher, Technical Writer, Management Analyst, and Vice President of Administration. She holds an MS in Psychology with a Minor in Social Welfare from the University of North Florida, a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology from Walden University, and is a certified Project Management Institute Project Management Professional.

Terrie Folks
Director, Accounting and Financial Management
Corporate Officer
Ms. Folks manages the day-to-day financial activity, as well as ensuring our financial systems are trustworthy and efficient. She appreciates every detail from the smallest number on a spreadsheet to the overall financial strategy of business operations. Terrie enjoys outdoor adventures with family and friends, brain-teaser puzzles, and a good game of Scrabble.
Terrie brings 25 years of governmental, for-profit, and nonprofit experience in accounting services, payroll services, and budgeting. She holds an accounting degree from Liberty University and looks forward to continuing the integrity and professionalism Kizano provides to every client.

Erica McLaughlin
Human Resources Manager
Ms. McLaughlin strives to take care of our employees every day facilitating information flow, researching industry-leading benefits packages, and ensuring efficient personnel action processing. She plans, drafts, evaluates, recommends, and implements employee relations and human resource policies and best practices. She is the chaos coordinator at home, loves cooking, movies, music, and watching her kids play sports. Favorite place is the beach where she finds the most solitude.
Ms. McLaughlin brings a strong background in administration and has previously held Accounts Payable/Receivable and HR Assistant roles at Kizano. She helped grow the company from 12 employees and implement new payroll and onboarding procedures which is where she found her passion for HR. She holds the SHRM certification and a Human Resource Management certificate from George Mason University.

Yuliya LaCourse
Administrative Coordinator
Ms. LaCourse contributes to a broad range of administrative functions to include recruiting and proposal development. She is passionate about improving efficiency and effectiveness within an organization and strives to get the job done right the first time.
Ms. LaCourse brings significant administrative and accounting experience in both profit and non-profit organizations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies and has earned a Master’s degree in Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership.
