In 1965 President Lyndon Johnson signed the Housing and Urban Development Act into law, establishing the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as a ‘new and needed instrument’ to confront the nation’s housing and urban challenges. In 2015 HUD celebrated their 50th Anniversary and the Agency recalled their heritage in stirring video that captures the HUD mission and accomplishments. The video was filmed, edited and produced by the Kizano Team.
The video won the Telly Award in two award categories: “Government Relations” and “Social Issues”. Telly Awards honor the very best film & video productions, groundbreaking online video content, and outstanding local, regional, & cable TV commercials and programs.
